Houston Sales Representative

Sales Responsibilities (not necessarily all-inclusive)

1. Customer Care

  • New business development through targeted mailings, existing relationships, activity in local Builder Associations, participating in local trade shows, builder job site visits and other methods as appropriate – manage all related sales accounts
  • Attend to showroom walk-in traffic and manage all related sales accounts
  • Attend to new customer call inquiries and manage all related sales accounts
  • Schedule Installations in conjunction with Administrative support
  • Communicate all relevant project information and details with customers

2. Sales Order Procedures

  • Generate estimates
  • Work with clients on project designs
  • Generate and finalize CAD drawings (in cooperation with Design Department)
  • Finalize order information
  • Collect Deposits
  • Secure signed Purchase Agreement
  • Secure signed Estimate
  • Secure signed CAD drawings
  • Enter order into production system
  • Collect and manage all paperwork associated with each project file
  • Keep all project files organized, accurate and complete

3. Order Management

  • Track delivery of doors
  • Monitor status of all projects
  • Maintain delivery schedule/production log
  • Manage invoicing and collection of all payments due

Manufacturer Representative

Seeking Manufacturer Agents to represent Cantera Doors in targeted territories around the US. Only professional individuals or firms with over 5 years of experience in the high end window and door markets need to apply.

  • Identify, solicit and recruit potential door Dealers who meet the standards established by Cantera.
  • Promote the sale of the Products to Dealers within assigned territory.
  • Provide on-going sales support services on behalf of Cantera to Dealers.
  • Act as a liaison between Cantera and prospective and appointed Dealers.
  • Assist Cantera in evaluating the background and business potential of prospective Distributors.
  • Helps negotiating and maintaining distribution agreements with prospective and appointed Dealers.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with Dealers regarding the promotion, sale and service of the Products.
  • Assist Cantera in the collection of accounts receivable from Distributors.

Door Dealers

Cantera is looking for well-established, high end millwork distribution centers, as well window and doors market leaders to promote and sell Cantera Products in their territories.

Criteria

  • Well located high end showrooms and willing to commit to Cantera Doors display program.
  • Experienced window and door sales force.
  • Management commitment to develop Cantera Doors line, we are looking for all-in type dealers.
  • In-house service personnel available.
  • Local market leaders with targeted marketing efforts.

Installation Subcontractors

  • Wrought Iron Door installation experience a must.
  • Faux Finishing.
  • Welding experience a plus.
